Collect cash, check or credit card from server, or from customer for to-go orders. Make change for cash transactions and receive vouchers for credit card transactions.
Handle all incoming phone calls promptly and courteously; transfer calls or take messages as appropriate.
To-go orders: accurately and efficiently take, enter, package and present orders to customers.
HOST: $13.00 - $16.00Full-Time & Part-Time
Graciously greet and seat guests. As the customers’ initial contact, represent the restaurant by presenting a welcoming, courteous and professional demeanor.
Control wait list and communicate wait times to customers.
Provide menus to guests and maintain menu cleanliness.
Manage special seating requests consistent with table availability.

BUSSER: $7.25 PLUS TIPS (Up to $18.00/hr potential)
To ensure customer satisfaction by being attentive. Assist servers to maintain efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction. In conjunction with Host, work to achieve the timely seating of customers.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of Front of House including all tables, chairs, floors and service areas.
Clear the table, sweep the floor under the tables and set the table for service. Serve water.
Return used dishes, silverware, glassware and utensils to dishwashing area.
SERVER: $7.25 PLUS TIPS (Up to $30.00/hr potential)
Greet customers promptly and take drink and food orders, accommodating special needs/requests as possible. Remain attentive to the customer throughout the entire dining experience.
Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items and daily specials in order to answer questions and make recommendations to customers.
Build check averages with a particular emphasis on drinks, specials and desserts.
